Why Kappa Phi Lambda?
Because the sisters that I met while rushing didn't seem pretentious. They seemed genuine and really cared about me and my interests. Also, they were happy to accept diversity which you can't say for many of the other orgs. I never felt like an outsider.
Favorite Kappa Moment?
All of these wonderful little moments with my pledge sisters while pledging. What an experience!

Why Kappa Phi Lambda?
"Sisterhood, Service, Cultural Diversity." Those three pillars of the sorority were things I was passionate about and wanted to be a part of on Stony Brook campus. The deal closer was when I met the sisters at rush and they were extremely down to earth and genuine.
